Mrs. Lauren Stewart!

Mrs. Stewart is a dedicated kindergarten teacher who pours her whole heart into her classroom every single day. She works to nourish and plant a true love of learning in every Little Knight who walks through her door. Her patience, her kindness, her gentle guidance, and the way she celebrates every child’s success make her classroom feel warm, welcoming, and full of joy.

She constantly looks for ways to help her students grow not just academically, but socially and emotionally too. Whether she’s building strong routines, modeling compassion, or creating hands-on learning moments that her students talk about for days, Mrs. Stewart makes magic happen in Kindergarten.

We are so proud of Mrs. Stewart and all she does for our school, our families, and—most importantly—our kids.

Parent of the Year: Dr. Marie Roberts
Dr. Roberts supports WLE in countless ways, always willing to step in and help wherever she’s needed. Her kindness and involvement make a tremendous difference, and we are so grateful for the love she pours into our school community.

Support Staff of the Year: Mr. Craig Underwood
Mr. Underwood keeps our campus running smoothly and always with a smile. He goes above and beyond behind the scenes every single day, and we are so thankful for his hard work and dedication to WLE.

Paraprofessional of the Year: Mrs. Kara Lank
Mrs. Lank pours creativity, patience, and passion into everything she does. Whether she’s supporting students or bringing joy through art, she is a true light in our building. We are lucky to have her!
