If your child has a medical condition that requires care during the school day—such as daily medication, emergency allergy treatment, asthma inhalers, diabetes management, or seizure care—please ensure the school nurse has the appropriate documentation and supplies on file. Required forms must be signed by your child’s healthcare provider and kept up to date. Copies of medical forms for medication administration, asthma, allergy, and seizure care are available in the sidebar or can be requested through the school office. Our goal is to support your child’s health and well-being so they can learn and thrive every day.
